For
me, the next best thing to a day in the hills is a day planning a day in
the hills. Fellwalker provides a large number of ridge routes and
hill approaches which make it easy to create and measure a route, save
it and view its ascent profile. |
When all
the hard work is over and you reach your chosen summit it can be rewarding
to be able to put names to the hills on the skyline. Fellwalker can help
here, as a skyline can be generated from any position, along with bearings
and distance to any other hill. |

You
can record your climbs and locate hills in the free version. Summit version
also has the following features:-
The skyline
