Helvellyn offers some great walks including the classic Striding Edge-Swirral Edge horseshoe scramble. The western approaches are easy slopes with the interest all on the eastern side. Photographicaly the zig zags and Glenridding offer the best opportunities, along with the view from St.Sunday crag. |
